Politics
A son asks his father, "What can you tell me about politics? I have to learn it for school tomorrow". The father thinks a little and says, "Okay son, the best way I can describe politics is to use an analogy. Let's say that I'm a capitalist because I'm the breadwinner. Your mother will be the government because she controls everything. Our maid will be the working class because she works for us. You will be the people because you answer to us, and your baby brother will be the future. Does that help any?" The little boy said, "Well, Dad, I don't know, but I'll think about what you said."
Later that night after everyone had gone to bed, the little boy was awaken by his baby brother's crying. Upon further investigation, he found a dirty diaper. So, he went down the hall to his parents' bedroom and found his father's side of the bed empty and his mother wouldn't wake up. Then he saw a light on in the guest room down the hall. He saw through the crack that his father was in bed with the maid. The son turned and went back to bed.
The next morning, he said to his father at the breakfast table, "Dad, I think I understand politics much better now". "Excellent, my boy," he answered, "What have you learned?" The little boy thought for a minute and said, "I learned that capitalism is screwing the working class, government is sound asleep ignoring the people, and the future is full of crap."

Ulrik Munther
"Yes, it’s an odd feeling to sit with your guitar, the piano or the drums in my room and suddenly think that this will be released all over the world. It’s a bit strange as I’ve done this all my life.."
It was one of those boring afternoons when I went to YouTube and looked for new videos. I was actually searching for a song called Boys Don't Cry. At that time, I didn't know who sang it. (Now I know it was Plumb). Anyway, the first four videos were from The Cure and the fifth was from Ulrik. Thinking that it was a cover of the song I was looking for, I opened the link. I was wrong. But I was glad I opened it.
Wow.
That was the first word that came out from my mouth when I heard the song. It was so amazing that I didn't think twice in adding it to my favorites, subscribing to his channel and downloading the song.
Go check this out and you'll see what I mean.
Oh, and by the way, here's what I learned from Google. Ulrik started to write songs when he was 13 years old. When he was fifteen, he won the Melody Grand Prix Nordic with his own song An Ordinary Day. The year after, he came in second in Metro Music Challenge with his own composition Life. The Beauty of a Woman
A little boy asked his mother, "Why are you crying?"
"Because I'm a woman," she told him.
"I don't understand," he said. His mom just hugged him and said, "And you never will."
Later, the little boy asked his father, "Why does mother seem to cry for no reason?"
"All women cry for no reason" was all his dad could say.
The little boy grew up and became a man, still wondering why women cry. Finally he put in a call to God. When God got on the phone, he asked, "God, why do women cry so easily?"
God said, "When I made the woman, she had to be special. I made her shoulders strong enough to carry the weight of the world, yet gentle enough to give comfort. I gave her an inner strength to endure childbirth and the rejection that many times comes from her children. I gave her a hardness that allows her to keep going when everyone else gives up, and take care of her family through sickness and fatigue without complaining. I gave her the sensitivity to love her children under any and all circumstances, even when her child has hurt her very badly. I gave her strength to carry her husband through his faults and fashioned her from his rib to protect his heart. I gave her wisdom to know that a good husband never hurts his wife, but sometimes tests her strengths and her resolve to stand beside him unfalteringly. And finally, I gave her a tear to shed. This is hers exclusively to use whenever it is needed."
"You see my son," said God, "the beauty of a woman is not in the clothes she wears, the figure that she carries, or the way she combs her hair. The beauty of a woman must be seen in her eyes, because that is the doorway to her heart - the place where love resides."

Choices
"It is our choices that show what we truly are.. far more than our abilities.."- Albus Dumbledore
Foolish.
Yeah. Call me that. I know what I did was not a good stunt. Call me stupid, I can also take that. But if you wanna ask whether or not I'm regretting what I did, the answer is NO.
So, why did I do it?
Because I want to. That simple. No other reasons.
Seriously, I did it cause I don't wanna force myself into something that I don't want. That might bring regrets in the end. Not that I can't do it. I'm pretty sure I can! And that's not bragging or anything but I'm sure as hell that I can do it.
That's what I'm in right now - doing things because it's my job, not because I love to do it. I had the chance not to let this happen before but I chose to accept it for the same reason that I let this thing slip my hands now. And that's one of the most regretful thing I did.
Sorry that I failed your expectations but try to understand my predicament. Put yourselves in my shoes and you'll know better.
But hey, thanks for believing in me! That's much appreciated. :)

Face Your Monsters
Once upon a time, a family of frogs lived in a broken-down well. They lived in isolation, content with their tiny puddle of water. Sometimes, it got murky and crowded, but no frog dared to leave home. Why? Whenever someone would dare leave, everyone would warn him, "There are monsters outside!"
And so for many generations, these frogs were stuck in their little world. Until one day, a little frog had a dream: To live outside the well. In his mind, he saw a big pond of water. Lots of open space. The vision excited him so much.
He would tell his friends about his dream, but they would tell him: "We had a great-great-great grand uncle who went out and never returned! He must have been gobbled up by the monsters!" But the little frog didn't see the monsters. He only saw his dream of a big pond.
Finally, he made up his mind. Without any warning, the little frog jumped as high as he could. He landed on top of the well. All his friends below shouted, "Come back! You'll be eaten alive!" But the little frog hopped out. And what he saw blew his mind. Almost right beside the well wasn't a big pond. Instead, it was a giant lake - a million times bigger than their tiny puddle.
Friends, face your monsters. Many of us are trapped in our little worlds because of fear. God has bigger blessings in store for you outside your walls.
How did the frog jump out of the well? Before he saw the lake with his eyes, he already saw the lake within him. He felt it in his heart. What you see with your heart, you will see with your eyes. Climb your mountains and live with great abundance.

The Buzzard, the Bat, and the Bumblebee
The Buzzard
If you put a buzzard in a pen that is 6 feet by 8 feet and is entirely open at the top, the bird, in spite of its ability to fly, will be an absolute prisoner. The reason is that a buzzard always begins a flight from the ground with a run of 10 to 12 feet. Without space to run, as is its habit, it will not even attempt to fly, but will remain a prisoner for life in a small jail with no top.
The Bat
The ordinary bat that flies around at night, a remarkable nimble creature in the air, cannot take off from a level place. If it is placed on the floor or flat ground, all it can do is shuffle about helplessly and, no doubt, painfully, until it reaches some slight elevation from which it can throw itself into the air. Then, at once, it takes off like a flash.
The Bumblebee
A bumblebee, if dropped into an open tumbler, will be there until it dies, unless it is taken out. It never sees the means of escape at the top, but persists in trying to find some way out through the sides near the bottom. It will seek a way where none exists, until it completely destroys itself.
In many ways, we are like the buzzard, the bat, and the bumblebee. We struggle with all our problems and frustrations, never realizing that all we have to do is look up! That's the answer, the escape route and the solution to any problem! Just look up. Sorrow looks back, worry looks around, but faith looks up! Live simply, love generously , care deeply, speak kindly and trust in our Creator who loves us.
Do not worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Philippians 4:6
